Prime Minister Manmohan Singh attended the Bay Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) in Myanmar, along with representatives from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bhutan and Nepal. BJP dares Congress to debate on Modis economic vision for India
