Sisodia will look after finance and planning, education, UD, revenue and any other department that is not allocated to any minister. Kejriwal will be focusing to make the Ministry work effectively and supervise their work, to make changes in system making use of modern technologies, and to connect directly with people of Delhi. New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): A wreath laying ceremony for Lieutenant Colonel Rajesh Gulati who lost his life in a helicopter crash in Bandipora was held in New Delhi on Friday. Army Chief General Dalbir Singh Suhag laid floral wreath and paid his last respects to Lt Col Gulati. Suhag also extended his condolences to the family of the late officer. Two officers were killed as an Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv of Army Aviation crashed in a forest in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday evening. Jammu/Chandigarh/ New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): Activists of a regional outfit on Friday (February 13) staged protest against release of the film 'The Messenger of God' (MSG), portraying self-styled spiritual leader and chief of the Dera Sacha Sauda sect, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh. Members of the Jammu and Kashmir Sikh United Front (JKSUF) shouted slogans against Singh and burnt posters of 'MSG' as the film hits the silver screen on Friday. The film, which features the self-styled spiritual leader in jewel-studded costume riding motorbikes, drew severe criticism in Punjab and led to violence in some parts. In view of the film's release, police in Chandigarh have beefed up security to avoid any untoward incident. Gulmarg, Feb 12 (ANI): A tourist ski guide died after he was buried in an avalanche of snow in India’s Kashmir. At around 1.20 p.m on Wednesday a mass of snow came down in a rush from the Apharwat Mountain, where there is a ski resort, in Gulmarg hill station. The avalanche also trapped three skiers, reports said. The deceased has been identified as Bashir Ahmad Bakshi, a resident near the ski resort. Family and friends mourned the loss of the 28-year old ski guide. Located at a height of 2,690 meters, Gulmarg is a popular skiing destination in Kashmir and sees thousands of tourists flock to it every year. Bhat, founder of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), was executed on February 11, 1984 on the charge of killing an Indian intelligence officer, while JKLF denies the charge.
