Ankara: CCTV video captures moment of blast that killed 28

CCTV footage at the scene captured a blast that killed at least 28 people and injured 61. A car bomb targeted military vehicles close to government and military buildings in the Turkish capital, Ankara. The name Eagles of Death Metal was back in lights above a Paris concert hall on 16 February, for the first time since one of their concerts was targeted by Islamist gunmen in November.
