TMC MPs stage protest against Amit Shah with red diaries at Parliament gate

New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): The Trinamool Congress (TMC) MPs staged a protest outside the Parliament on Monday demanding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should give a clarification over Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah's alleged links with the Sahara Group. Raising slogans, the TMC lawmakers were seen holding a red book with Sahara inscribed on it. TMC MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay said that in a CBI raid a red diary was recovered from Sahara's office in which Amit Shah's name was mentioned. BJP leader Jagdambika Pal said that the protest is an outcome of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's frustration. The TMC's outcry against the BJP chief follows his visit to Kolkata yesterday where he lashed out at Trinamool Congress for its alleged involvement in Saradha scam. Dec 1, 2014
