New Delhi, Dec 26 (ANI): Congress leader in Jammu and Kashmir Salman Soz on Friday said that PDP which got the highest number of seats in JandK should take responsibility to bring stable government in the state. He said that like minded people should come together so that stability may be achieved. Further, Soz said that Congress party is open for alliance with PDP if the party is asked for the same. Refuting on any possibility of alliance of BJP and PDP, Soz said that both the parties are like oil and water, having no chemistry and therefore such alliance would not last long. Dec 26, 2014

Sear fish in Tomato gravy Ingredients Sear fish Tomatoes - 7 Onion - 2 sliced Coconut oil - 2 tbsp A few Garlic cloves Cumin powder - 2 tsp Red chilli paste - 2 tsp A few Curry leaves Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Tamarind puree A few chopped Coriander leaves Salt to taste Method: 1. In a boiling water add Tomatoes and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the tomatoes from the boiling water, let it cool down and peel the skins and blend it in a blender. Tomato puree is ready now. 2. Marinate the fish in Turmeric powder & salt for about 10 minutes. 3. Take a wide sauce pan add cooking coconut oil, curry leaves and pounded garlic. After a minute add onions and saute it till it turns brown. 4. Once onion turn brown add cumin powder, red chilli paste, tomato puree, salt & cook for 10 minutes. 5. Now gently place the fish in tomato gravy, let it cook for about 7 to 8 minutes and turn the fish other side and cook for another 8 minutes. 6. Add Tamarind puree and cook for further 5 minutes. 7. Drizzle the coconut oil before turning off the stove and garnish it with few chopped coriander leaves. Delhi's Lt Gov Najeeb Jung appeals people to help homeless during winters

New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Delhi Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung on Monday appealed Delhiites to help the city's homeless by giving them warm clothes and blankets during the harsh winters. Jung added that people should donate blankets, clothes etc, at the nearest night shelters only, and not on the streets or roads as this will motivate homeless people to use the shelters and not sleep in the open. The Delhi government has established 221 night shelters for homeless people with basic facilities such as clean drinking water, toilets, blankets, bedding etc. Dec 22, 2014
