The changes, likely to be announced tomorrow or the day after, might see a stamp of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi with a number of young leaders taking over the party's reins both in states and AICC. Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that if anyone should be credited for successful polls in JandK, then it has to be the people of JandK.
