Francios Hollande: Determined to see British authorities play their part in Calais Jungle crisis

French President Francois Hollande has promised to close the Jungle refugee camp in Calais during a visit to the town today, 26 September 2016. It is home to at least 7,000 migrants who have been stopped at the border trying to cross into Britain. Some 80 per cent of the migrants living in the camp are eligible to claim asylum in France, but Hollande made it clear that he believes the United Kingdom should be a part of the removal process, despite the EU referendum vote.
