New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi is holding a roadshow ahead of filing her nomination papers for the Delhi assembly election. Earlier in the day, she paid tribute to Lala Lajpat Rai and also cleaned his statue in Krishna Nagar constituency. She also met tea and newspaper sellers in Krishna Nagar and enquired about the kind of issues they were facing. Bedi is scheduled to file her nomination from Krishna Nagar today. The scrutiny of nominations will take place tomorrow, while the last date for withdrawal of nominations is January 24. Polling will take place on February 7 and the counting of votes will be taken up on February 10. New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal who was about to file his nomination papers from New Delhi constituency today could not do so as he got late in reaching the office. Kejriwal, who offered prayers at the Valmiki Temple earlier today, held a road show from the temple to the Jantar Mantar after which he was to file his nomination papers. The former Delhi chief minister led a big show of strength today in the city, asking people to join him on his journey towards filing the papers.
