France is beginning operations to evacuate and dismantle the Calais Jungle refugee camp. 60 buses are to take the 6,500 residents to refugee centres across France where they will be able to apply for asylum in the country. However, aid workers claim there are over 8,000 people in the camp, many of whom are unaccompanied children. Over the past weeks Britain has taken in 1,300 unaccompanied children.
