SC asks SPP to assist in Ranjit Sinha case with regard to CPIL's refusal to name whistleblower

New Delhi, Sep 22 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday asked Anand Grover, special public prosecutor in the 2G spectrum allocation case, to assist it after Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) refused naming the whistleblower who had furnished the guest book at the residence of CBI Chief Ranjit Sinha. Earlier, Prashant Bhushan had urged the SC to withdraw order disclosing whistleblower's name in the case. Sinha's lawyer said that there was no detailed hearing on Monday and that the court deferred the hearing for October 10th. Sep 22, 2014
