The trio was accompanied by the film’s director Sriram Raghavan, producer Dinesh Vijan and actress Divya Dutta among others. Since Varun Dhawan’s rugged look has been much talked about, the actor spoke of it. “It has no resemblance to Shahid Kapoor’s 'Haider'. Shahid played a boy from Kashmir in ‘Haider’ and I am playing an ad executive from Maharashtra in 'Badlapur',” Varun said.
