New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Retired Lt-Gen AK Choudhary, who was Director General of Military Operations in 2012, has told that the "highest levels" of the UPA government were indeed spooked by the unexpected movement of troops under former Army chief General VK Singh's command. Speaking on the same, Shiv Sena Leader Sanjay Raut on Friday said that Army is a disciplinary force and there should be secrecy on such issues and retired officers should be careful before speaking. New Delhi, Feb 18 (ANI): Global anti-corruption organization Transparency International has denied the Aam Aadmi Party's claims that corruption had come down during its tenure in Delhi, and stated that it has not carried out any studies to assess the levels of corruption for the period as yet. Speaking on the same, AAP Leader Gopal Rai on Tuesday said that people are trying to create controversies and added that Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal never said that they have given a report.
