MAUI Lupita Nyong'o made a trip to paradise for the kickoff of the Maui Film Festival. The Oscar winner is set to pick up their Rainmaker Award. She joined other honorees for the opening night celebration including fellow actors Evan Rachel Wood, Joe Manganiello and Emma Roberts plus talent manager Shep Gordon. NEW YORK Over in the Big Apple, Glenn Close was the guest of honor at a benefit for the Sundance Institute. Also turning out for support were Jeremy Irons, Keri Russell, Emmy Rossum, George Lucas, Zachary Quinto and Zosia Mamet?. Elsewhere in the city, Jonah Hill had plenty of security close by as he made the rounds in promotion of “22 Jump Street”. The actor recently apologized for an anti-gay slur he hurled at a paparazzo. Meanwhile his Jump Street co-star Channing Tatum did the walk and sign as he was approached by fans. Also spotted out and about in the city: Zach Braff, Laura Dern, Ricky Gervais, Seth Meyers and Jaime Pressly.
