South Dinajpur, Aug 10 (ANI): Indian border guarding force (BSF) and Bangladeshi border guarding force (BGB) celebrated Rakhi at Hilly Indo-Bangladesh border under South Dinajpur district of West-Bengal on Sunday. BSF lady constables tied Rakhi to BGB jawans in the presence of senior officials at the border line.
