The TRS has also called for President’s rule in the state. TRS also urged Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan to dismiss Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister from his post. TRS floor leader in the Legislative Assembly E Rajender alleged that Reddy is biased against Telangana and was trying to stall the formation of the separate state. Telangana row: Jagan Mohan Reddy taken into preventive custody

Hyderabad, Oct 10 (ANI): YSR Congress Chief, Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is on an indefinite hunger strike since October 5 over a move to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh, was taken into preventive custody and admitted to hospital due to his deteriorating health. A team of police officials entered Reddy's venue of fast in Hyderabad, demolished barricades set up by the supporters and lifted him, putting him into an ambulance. Earlier, a team of doctors from Osmania General Hospital (OGH) had inspected him and advised to end his fast as his health was deteriorating. Oct 10, 2013

Hyderabad, Oct 06 (ANI): Expressing deep anguish over the arbitrary bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, YSR Congress Party Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has blamed Congress President Sonia Gandhi for the "crisis" in the state and accused her of exploiting sentiments of people to pave way for Rahul Gandhi to become prime minister.
