Castmembers from “Saturday Night Live” have taken to Twitter to pay tribute to legendary announcer Don Pardo – who passed away in his sleep at the age of 96. Don had been the iconic voice of the sketch comedy show since it began in 1975. Even after retiring from NBC in 2004, he continued to provide the introductions to SNL. Two days after enjoying a date night at the Justin Timberlake concert, BEVERLY HILLS, CA Sofia Vergara left her boyfriend Joe Manganiello at home and arrived solo for a Grants Banquet held by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The “Modern Family” star flaunted her curves in form-fitting red number. But there were plenty of other stars in attendance. Also stepping out to the event were the likes of Robert Pattinson, Channing Tatum, Kristen Bell, Elle Fanning, Nick Jonas, Hailee Steinfeld, Rose McGowan, Anne Heche and James Tupper. Abundant yield of Dutch varieties encourages apple growers in Uttarakhand

Nainital, Aug 17 (ANI): Encouraged by the abundant yield of the Dutch varieties in their orchards in the very first year, apple growers in the Uttarakhand plan to expand the cultivation of the fruit. Indo-Dutch Horticulture Technologies based in Nainital city of Uttarakhand were experimenting with Dutch apple varieties in various apple belts of the state for the last seven years. Indo-Dutch Horticulture Technologies have come out with m-06, m-09 and m-111varieties of apple seeds, keeping in mind the climate and soil quality of Uttarakhand.
