New Delhi, May 24 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi has been elected again as the party President at a meeting of the Congress Members of Parliament from both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha held on Saturday. Congress leaders addressed media and appreciated this decision taken after majority supported it. Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that the only agenda of the meeting was to elect the chairperson and Sonia Gandhi was chosen unanimously. New Delhi, May 22 (ANI): In the first open criticism from within the Congress after the party's disastrous defeat, former union minister Milind Deora took aim at party vice president Rahul Gandhi. Deora said that Rahul Gandhi's advisers did not have their "ears to the ground" and those with "no electoral experience" were "calling the shots", but added that "the people who take the advice also have to bear responsibility".
