New Delhi, July 14 (ANI): Mixed reactions flow in as Minister for women and child development Maneka Gandhi said that minors accused of rape should be treated on par with adults. NCP leader Majid Memon and SP leader Naresh Agarwal said that juvenile act should not be scrapped just like that. While, BSP Chief Mayawati said that the matter has to be discussed before taking any decision on the same. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and DCW Chairperson Barkha Shukla applauded Gandhi and said that in Nirbhaya case too, the juvenile was the cruelest and so the change in the act would be a welcome step. Bus accident in Solan kills two, leaves several injured

Solan, July 13 (ANI): At least two people were killed and several others injured after bus fell into a 40 feet gorge at Dharighat nearly 30 kilometers from Solan in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. The Bus belonged to Himachal Pradesh Road and Transport Corporation and was carrying 30 people from Solan to Shimla. The injured have been referred to the Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) Hospital in Shimla and district hospital at Solan. All people have been rescued.
