CANNES The Cannes Film Festival is in full swing with many Hollywood A-listers in attendance. Robert Pattinson unveiled two films at the fest. First he walked the steps with Guy Pearce for their post-apocolypse movie 'The Rover’. Then at a press conference for “Maps To The Stars” - he suffered an awkward moment when asked to compare sex scenes with co-stars Julianne Moore and Juliette Binoche. Julianne was also on double duty - joining Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson in plugging the November release of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1”. The red carpet got major shot of testosterone at the premiere of “The Expendables 3’. Turning out for the ensemble action flick were stars Mel Gibson, Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarznegger, Harrison Ford, Antonio Banderas and Wesley Snipes. Elsewhere, James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain presented their romantic drama 'The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Them”. Salma Hayek provided a sneak peak at her upcoming animated movie 'The Prophet’. And two new Westerns were premiered. Hilary Swank stepped out with her co-star and director Tommy Lee Jones to 'The Homesman’ while Eva Green and Mads Mikkelsen promoted 'The Salvation’. May 20, 2014

This week in the celebrity spotlight: Angelina talks “Maleficent” – Nicole opens Cannes – plus we’re at premieres with Bryan, Viggo, Michael and James. 5/9 Fans of Angelina Jolie got a huge thrill at the London premiere of “Maleficent”. The actress brought along Brad Pitt and both mega stars happily posed with the enthusiastic crowd. Angelina dazzled in a black Atelier Versace dress and had this to say about casting her 4 year old daughter Vivienne in the movie. 5/15 Nicole Kidman brought Hollywood glamour to the first night of the Cannes Film Festival. Her biopic “Grace of Monaco” served as the opening movie. And while reviews have been less than stellar, the actress faced her critics in style, donning a strapless Giorgio Armani Prive gown with three dimensional embroidery. CANNES Nicole Kidman was the first of many Hollywood A-listers to arrive at the Cannes Film Festival. Her movie “Grace of Monaco” –is opening the French fest. LONDON Over in London, Viggo Mortensen and Kirsten Dunst premiered their big screen thriller “Two Faces Of January”. Co-star Oscar Isaac was also at the event and shared his thoughts on being cast in “Star Wars: Episode 7”. LOS ANGELES Out in Los Angeles, Stevie Nicks was honored for her songwriting at the 62nd Annual BMI Pop Awards. Sheryl Crow, Adam Levine, Shakira and Lady Antebellum were among the stars who paid tribute to the Fleetwood Mac singer. The night also featured special performances. May 15, 2014

LONDON Hundreds of screaming fans, many in costume, turned out for the London premiere of “X-Men: Days of Future Past”. Four of the leading actors were there to talk up the movie including Michael Fassbender, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan and James McAvoy. While director Bryan Singer skipped the event following the filing of two lawsuits that allege he sexually abused underage boys - Michael Fassbender had this to say about working with him. LOS ANGELES Out in Los Angeles, Ozzy Osbourne shared a tender moment with his daughter Kelly at a benefit concert for MusiCares MAP Fund. The 65 year old rocker was honored for his work with the organization which helps musicians overcome drug addiction. May 14, 2014
