New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday addressed a public meeting in Krishna Nagar constituency of New Delhi from where BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi is contesting elections. Kejriwal hit at BJP for making false promises to the people and said that BJP is left with no agenda for development of capital and is only focusing at defeating Aam Aadmi Party. He said that BJP has realized its defeat in Delhi which is why they projected Kiran Bedi to put the blame on. Modi also met ambassador of South Korea Joon-Gyu-Lee. Posco's $12 billion steel plant in eastern Odisha state is the largest single foreign direct investment (FDI) project in India. POSCO officials say the company came to India to have a strong base in an emerging economy as its presence in China was below expectations. Mumbai, Jan 18 (ANI): As nine more members of the Censor Board resigned protesting against alleged interference by the government, former censor board chairman and veteran Actor Anupam Kher said that the allegations levelled by former censor board members against the government were not correct and added that the issue was being politicised. New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that he is committed to meeting this year's budget deficit target, welcoming a cut in interest rates by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on the back of falling inflation. In a speech, Modi said his government would cut wasteful spending, streamline the payment of welfare benefits and raise investment in roads and railways to boost economic growth in Asia's third-largest economy. Modi's comments signalled his assent to RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan's call for "sustained high quality fiscal consolidation" as a condition for further monetary easing after a surprise quarter-point cut on Thursday.
