Gandhi, who will turn 68 on Dec 09, is deeply affected by various militant and Naxal attacks which is why she chose not to celebrate the day. While addressing a rally in Ranchi, Gandhi blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for continued terror activities in Kashmir where militants launched four terror attacks on Friday leaving 11 security personnel including a lieutenant colonel dead and killing two civilians. Gandhi was speaking at an event organised in his constituency to commemorate the 10th foundation day of Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital, built and run by Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust.
