New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Retired Lt-Gen AK Choudhary, who was Director General of Military Operations in 2012, has told that the "highest levels" of the UPA government were indeed spooked by the unexpected movement of troops under former Army chief General VK Singh's command. Speaking on the same, Shiv Sena Leader Sanjay Raut on Friday said that Army is a disciplinary force and there should be secrecy on such issues and retired officers should be careful before speaking.
