LOS ANGELES The 2015 Award season is inching closer with the announcement of the People’s Choice nominees. Allison Janney and Anna Faris were revealed to be the show’s co-hosts and also presided over the press conference. :02 Allison Janney and Anna Faris: it’s pretty exciting…good time :20 Over 70 million votes in 58 categories were cast this year that landed actress Shailene Woodley and singer Sam Smith in the top spot with four nominations each. Also on hand for the revelation were Mark Burnett, Dylan McDermott, John Cho, Dave Annable, Bellamy Young, Katherine McPhee and Cristin Milioti. Just one day after premiering “Dumb and Dumber To” – Jeff Daniels was back on the red carpet. This time it was to promote the third and final season of HBO’s “The Newsroom”. Co-stars Olivia Munn, Alison Pill and Sam Waterston were also in attendance. NEW YORK Over in New York, Matthew McConaughey spent his 45th birthday on the promotional trail for the new Sci-Fi movie “Interstellar”.
