New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Talking about soaring onion prices in Delhi, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit hoped of reduction in onion prices soon. Dikshit said that government met Sharad Pawar and KV Thomas about the same as requested for relief in prices. She also said that Election Commission has agreed for the government run vans to start again and remained hopeful for supply of onions from Alwar and Nashik. Prithviraj Chavan to help ease onion prices in Delhi

Mumbai, Oct 24 (ANI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Thursday promised to supply onions to Delhi in the wake of the soaring prices of onions in the city. According to media reports, the bulb was selling at Rs 90 to Rs 100 per Kg on Wednesday. Chavan said that supply of the vegetable would be sent from Nashik.
