New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi on Wednesday broke down during her roadshow in Krishna Nagar constituency, from where she is contesting her first ever election. The former IPS officer was seen taking off her glasses and wiping tears with a handkerchief. Bedi said that she is overwhelmed by the affection she has received from people and promised to return their love by serving them. Krishna Nagar constituency is being seen as BJP's stronghold in the upcoming Delhi assembly poll. The elections for the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held in a single phase on February 7. New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi alleged that the owner of her Krishna Nagar office is receiving threat against his life. Bedi tweeted saying, "What's wrong with losers? My Krishna Nagar Constituency office owner is receiving life threats and bomb to be placed in his office.. The owner of the building of our Krishna Nagar Constituency being threatened and being told to get us to vacate the office since last night." Meanwhile, the office landlord Suman Bindal said that he and his son has got at least 40 calls from different numbers threatening that there was a bomb in the building. Beijing, Feb 02 (ANI): China agreed to open an additional route to Hindu pilgrimage in Tibet through Nathu La pass, said Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin during Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj visit to Beijing. Akbaruddin said devotees could undertake more comfortable journey by vans and busses to Kailash-Mansarovar, where Lord Shiva is believed to be residing in perpetual meditation state along with his wife Parvati. Swaraj and her Chinese counterpart decided to set up a contact group to discuss the modalities of Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to Beijing later this year.
