Rajkot/Patna, Jan 24 (ANI): Pet lovers were infused with enthusiasm and thronged a dog show with their respective canines. A dog show was organised in Rajkot city of India's western Gujarat province in which around 550 dogs of 26 different breeds took part. The main aim of the dog show was to inform people about different breeds of dogs and which ones can be kept as pet. Various breeds such as Labrador, Golden retriever, Saint Bernard, Pugs, Lhasa Apso, bullmastiff, etc competed with each other during the show. There were several stalls set up to provide information about the medicines given to dogs. Odisha, Jan 24 (ANI): With the commencement of spring, music lovers thronged the century- old famous Rajarani Temple in India's eastern Odisha state as it reverberated with the rhythm of Indian classical music by eminent classicists. Every year the Department of Tourism organises this festival beginning from January 18 to 20 in the grounds of the magnificent Rajarani Temple. The evening started with the Odissi vocal recital programme by an eminent singer. The music lovers present were deeply engrossed in the superb and impeccable elaboration of different Ragas and musical patterns, clear tonal quality and musical renderings. Each presentation was highly applauded by the people present in the festival. The atmosphere inside the temple premises was musical and thrilled the music lovers. The Rajarani Music festival is organised by Odisha Tourism and Development Corporation (OTDC) in association with Odisha Sangeet Natak Academy (OSNA). Jaipur charms car lovers with vintage car rally

Jaipur, Jan 19 (ANI): India's pink city, Jaipur hosted 'The 16th Vintage car annual show' to quench the thirst of vintage car lovers with more than 100 different epic cars. The Rajputana Automotive Sports Club of Jaipur in Rajasthan, organized the show on Sunday (January 19). More than 100 vintage cars from Delhi and Rajasthan participated in the show. The organizers of the club were amazed by the gradual increase of vintage cars participating in the show. They held pride in preserving the auto legacy of Rajasthan. Kochi, Jan 17 (ANI): It was a visual treat for nature lovers at the annual flower show in Kochi city of India's southern Kerala province which concluded on a colourful note. The annual flower show, which kicked-off on January 08, saw participation of exhibitors from different parts of India who showcased different varieties of flowers. People were seen enjoying the show and clicking photographs of different varieties of blooming flowers like chrysanthemum, marigold, orchids, etc. The organizers said that nearly 1,500 rose varieties, 1,000 anthurium varieties, 1,000 orchids, dahlia petunia, gerbera and salvia were put on display.
