Meanwhile, the latter has decided not to have any celebration in view of the recent tragic Naxal attack in Chhattisgarh and militant attack in Jammu and Kashmir, and in solidarity with the martyred army and police personnel. Sonia has also asked the Congress persons to follow her instruction. Jammu and Kashmir, which is in the midst of its five-phase state assembly elections, faced four terror attacks last week, which were aimed at undermining the democratic process.
