Guwahati, Sep 22 (ANI): Incessant rains created havoc disrupting normal life of residents in Guwahati city of Assam. Residents said rains have paralyzed normal life and daily commuters are facing problem to reach to their destinations. The rains have been continuously pouring since Saturday flooding the main roads and various other parts of Guwahati. Due to heavy rains school and college have been closed. Earlier this month, floods in Kashmir left about 150,000 people stranded in their homes with the worst deluge in over a century. Sep 22, 2014
