Kochi, Aug 23 (ANI): Former President APJ Abdul Kalam said that social media has become an effective tool in peace disruptions. Kalam was speaking at the inauguration of 'Security and Hacking Conference Cocon-2014' in Kochi city of Kerala, where he mainly addressed issues to combat increasing cyber crimes. He also said India should master the social media analytics. The two-day meeting will see the participation of experts from cyber space, crime officials and hackers from across India and abroad. Security personnel bust militant hideouts, recover huge cache of arms in Kashmir

Handwara, Aug 22 (ANI): In a joint operation, police and paramilitary personnel busted two militant hideouts in Handwara town of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday and recovered huge cache of weapons from the sites. The joint operation was successful in exposing the hideouts located in Hafruda forests of Kupwara district. The arms haul is considered as a big achievement by the authorities.
