Kolhapur, Oct 05 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing election rally in Kolhapur district of Mharashtra attacked NCP and Congress and said that the parties are not troubled by him but the crowd and people's support to the government and BJP. He also said that Congress is asking report of works done by his government in 60 days when they failed to give report of their in 60 years. The prime minister also put emphasis on the use and popularity of kolhapuri chappal (sandals) which will prosper the nation in the long run. He also said that if people wanted to save Maharashtra, they need to do away with Congress as well as NCP. Modi also made a reference about his US visit and said that people were all cheer not for him but for the population of India who voted to bring a majority government. Congress releases its election manifesto in Haryana

Panchkula, Oct 1 (ANI): Congress on Wednesday released its election manifesto in Haryana for the October 15 polls and attempted to woo farmers, even as Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda promised to put the state on higher growth trajectory. The 23-page manifesto laid thrust on the sectors of agriculture and horticulture, irrigation, energy, industry, trade, commerce, FDI, health, employment, women empowerment, urban and rural development and education. The document even mentioned about construction of a separate High Court for Haryana in Chandigarh and also about resuming mining once approval is given from Environment Department. New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Microsoft Corporation, Satya Nadella, on Tuesday (September 30) called upon the youth to grab the immense opportunity that lies ahead of them. Nadella was addressing students at an event in New Delhi, which was streamed live across 20 states, 300 cities and 750 locations across the country. Nadella took the helm of the world's largest software company in February. Earlier during the day, Nadella had said Microsoft would roll out commercial cloud services from local data centres in India by the end of 2015. Microsoft Azure is a cloud-based platform for creating, deploying and maintaining online applications and services such as websites and web-hosted applications. The service, which is used by governments and corporations around the world, supports various programming languages, tools and frameworks. MEA briefs about bilateral talks between Modi and Obama

Washington DC, Oct 01 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs briefed about the bilateral talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Barack Obama. MEA Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said that Modi and Obama discussed ways to expand affordable renewable energy, while sustainably securing the future of our common environment. Obama and Modi aim to deepen ties and thus partner in a number of projects benefiting the world's oldest and largest democracy. Akbaruddin said Obama and Modi discussed an array of issues during an Oval Office meeting including the plans on expansion of affordable renewable energy.
