Speaking at the World Economic Forum in New Delhi, Jaitley said Pakistan should make a conscious choice for a meaningful dialogue between the two countries. India had called off Secretary level talks with Pakistan earlier in August, giving a jolt to renewed diplomatic efforts between the two nuclear-armed neighbours and adding to the troubles of Pakistan's beleaguered government. Jaitley said India wants to normalize the relationship with Pakistan by initiating the dialogue process. Nov 6, 2014
