Meet Kapoush, the refugee cat on a journey with his family

On the Greek-Macedonia border lives a cat, who has followed his owner from war-torn Syria to Europe seeking a better life. Kapoush the cat is one of the inhabitants in a makeshift migrant camp in Idomeni, a Greek town bordering Macedonia. Chinas renowned artist and activist Ai Weiwei visited the Greek border camp of Idomeni on 9 March. Ai walked around the makeshift camp speaking with the migrants - seeing for himself the appalling conditions they have to brave as they wait to cross over to Macedonia and continue their trek northwards to wealthier European states.
