He added that the government has not done enough to fight against terrorism. He further stated that intelligence report was given to the government much ahead and that major alerts were given five time to the government. Dawood continues to run a flourishing syndicate from his safe havens in Pakistan, however, the nation has denied his presence in the country for years. Through tapes procured from western diplomatic sources, it is established that Dawood is running his business empire with impunity and the billions he makes are being spent in terror operations around the globe. Different political parties in India came together to demand an answer from Pakistan on the same. New Delhi, Dec 27 (ANI): Security Experts on Saturday said that there is a need for international community to mount pressure on Pakistan to hand over Dawood Ibrahim. Underworld don and the man who tops India's most wanted list Dawood Ibrahim has been caught on tape by a western intelligence agency. The agency has claimed to have recorded a telephonic conversation involving the underworld don, the location of which has been traced to Clifton suburb in Pakistan's Karachi. In the recording, Dawood seems to be having a conversation with someone in Dubai regarding a property deal. Security Experts said that Pakistan ha been lying in the matter since long and said that Indian government should pressurize US and other international organizations to force Pak to hand over Ibrahim to India. New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): Scientific Adviser to the Defence Minister and DRDO Director General Avinash Chander said that the country has one of the most difficult neighbourhoods in the world. Chander was delivering the 27th Intelligence Bureau Centenary Endowment Lecture 2014 in New Delhi. Addressing a gathering of security experts and Intelligence Bureau (IB) personnel on the subject 'Emerging Technological Challenges for National Security', Chander said security challenges are going beyond traditional domains of land, air and sea as the world is witnessing newer challenges due to the evolution of cyber space, which is both a bane and boon. Before independence, he further said, India was subjugated under foreign rule, whereas 67 years down the road, the country is facing internal and external challenges. Meanwhile, director of IB, Syed Asif Ibrahim, said the scientific and technological capital that we have acquired and accumulated has helped the country immensely in sustaining the overall growth trajectory.
