New Delhi, July 07 (ANI): Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu hit at senior Congress leader Kamal Nath's remark over Lok Sabha Speaker, as fight between the ruling BJP and Congress party for the post of Leader of Opposition deepens. Naidu said that the Speaker would decide whether to accord the Leader of Opposition status to the Congress party or not as per the rule book. Earlier on Saturday, Kamal Nath had questioned the neutrality of Speaker Sumitra Mahajan over giving the Leader of Opposition post to the party. Meanwhile, India's Lower House (Lok Sabha) speaker, Sumitra Mahajan remained evasive on the issue adding that she was ready for talks if Congress party approached her. Jul 7, 2014

New Delhi, July 05 (ANI): Political reactions came in as Congress is mulling the option of moving court if it is denied the post of leader of opposition in Lok Sabha. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that the Congress will only be embarrassed if they go to court to have their demand to be assigned the post of the Leader of Opposition (LoP), as they don't have the required number of seats.
