New Delhi, Sept 09 (ANI): Union trade minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that inclination in country’s industrial growth will have a positive bearing on socio-economic policy. Sitharaman was addressing a press conference in New Delhi, where she highlighted a number of initiatives taken by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, as well as the international agreements it had signed. Sitharaman said that the priority of Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government was to improve on excellence. She added that the major policy initiatives that India has taken in terms of opening up many sectors of investment from abroad such as defence, railways and construction, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been eased out. Germany's foreign minister visits New Delhi to boost bilateral trade
