Pokemon Go players on the hunt for a rare Snorlax in Taipei, Taiwan, caused what is being described as a stampede as they flocked to the spot where the Pokemon was allegedly seen. British woman stabbed to death in Australia by man allegedly shouting Allahu Akbar

A 29-year-old French man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing a 21-year-old woman to death at a backpacker hostel in Queensland, Australia. A 30-year-old British man has also been left in a critical condition in the attack, which took place in front of around 30 people. According to reports the French man had been in Australia on a temporary visa since March 2016 and links to extremist groups had not yet been found. Aug 24, 2016
