Ganga Cleaning Project: SC directs shutting down of industries with no treatment plants

New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): Supreme Court directed the shutting down of industries with no treatment plants in Uttar Pradesh to clean river Ganga on Monday. The order came after the government informed SC about the industries with no treatment plants. Lawyer Vijay Panjwani said that SC gave the industries which have effluent but were not working properly one month's time. Jan 14, 2015
