2 States Trailer Launch

Mumbai, March 1 (ANI): The much awaited trailer of Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt directed 2 States is out. The makers of the film launched the first look at a grand event held in Mumbai. Present at the event was the author of the book 2 states Chetan Bhagat, along with producers Sajid Nadiadwala & Karan Johar, director Abhishek Varman actors Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. On the occasion overwhelmed Chetan Bhagat said that he was happy the way film has turned up. While lead actor Arjun Kapoor said that he is extremely grateful to be a part of the film. Based on Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name, the film is a story of two IIM graduates who fall for each other. However, their cultural differences stand in the way. While Alia is seen as a Tam-Brahm girl, Arjun plays a suave punjabi boy. The film is slated for an April 18th release. Mar 1, 2014

Uttarakhand Minister Harak Singh Rawat booked for molestation, Politicos react

New Delhi/ Dehradun, Feb 26 (ANI): Delhi Police has booked senior leader of Congress unit in Uttarakhand, Harak Singh Rawat for allegedly molesting a 30-year-old woman in Delhi last year. The woman had on Monday submitted a written complaint at the Safdarjung Enclave Police Station in Delhi, alleging that Rawat had molested her at his residence in September last year. Speaking on the same, Congress Spokesperson Shobha Oza said that an investigation should take place. Meanwhile, leader of BJP unit in Uttarakhand, Ajay Bhatt said that Rawat must resign until he is proved innocent. Feb 26, 2014

Land grabbing case filed against Union Minister Jitendra Singh

Jaipur, Feb 26 (ANI): Union Minister if state for defence Jitendra Singh has been accused of illegally getting a public land transferred in his name at a village in Alwar district. ACB DG Manoj Bhatt said that the complaint was from an RTI activist and that a few misinterpretation of facts resulted in court's judgement in favor of Singh previously.
