New Delhi, Dec 10 (ANI): Former Seemapuri elected Congress MLA Veer Singh Dhingan said that AAP's newly-elected MLA Dharmendra Singh Koli is a drunkard and he and his party leaders threw liquor bottles in his home and mis-behaved with his wife. He further said that he was not present at the spot when the incident took place and that a proper investigation should be carried on on the case.
