Nira Radia case: SC orders CBI to submit report by 17th December

New Delhi, Oct 17 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the CBI to submit its report on all the 14 conversations of Nira Radia latest by 17th December. The lawyer confirmed that SC also rejected CBI's plea that some of the things should be investigated by the police officials, saying that the case involves serious issues which has to be taken seriously. The aforesaid case relates to the telephonic conversations between Nira Radia, and an acquaintance of Indian Telecom Minister A Raja, and with senior journalists, politicians, and corporate houses, taped by the Indian Income Tax Department in 2008-09.
