More Indian nurses stranded in Iraq arrive home

Kochi, July 13 (ANI): Another batch of 29 Indian nurses, who were caught up fighting in Iraq, arrived home in Kochi city of Kerala and were welcomed by their family members at the airport. The nurses were working in four different hospitals in and around places of Diyala. The nurses had been worried as the hospital authorities were not returning their passports but they got it later after government's intervention. India's foreign ministry made ways for safe return of the stranded Indian nationals as they arranged for funds to pay off for immigration fines and return tickets. Jul 13, 2014

New Delhi, July 10 (ANI): Congress leader, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, said the court complaint against its chief Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi is politically motivated. An Indian court summoned Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to answer allegations that they used their leadership of the Congress party to misuse about $15 million of party funds for personal profit.
