Pak ensures swift completion of integrated check posts along India's borders

Amritsar, Oct 04 (ANI): In a bid to boost trade relations between Pakistan and India, custom officials from the neighbouring country assured that the Integrated Check Post (ICP) on their side will be completed within six months. A five-member Pakistan Customs delegation met their Indian counterpart and discussed various issues, with the emphasis of easing trade between both nations. Customs collector from Pakistan, Junaid Akram who visited India’s Amritsar city, near the Wagah border said that Pakistan is developing the ICPs at a very good speed. Meanwhile, Commissioner of the Indian Custom, Ravi Bhagat appreciated Pakistan’s efforts and said that the neighbouring country has promised to allow hassle free entry of atleast 400 trucks from India to enter into Pakistan. According to a source, Ramdev was being questioned by customs officials as he arrived in London on a visitor visa instead of a business visa.
