Manish Tewari slams Pak for banning Indian films and serials on TV

New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): After imposing restrictions on screening of 'illegal' Indian films in the country, Pakistan has now banned the screening of Indian television shows as well. Pakistan court has stopped the screening of foreign films, serials and television shows, especially Indian content, on the country's TV channels. While staying the beaming of foreign content, the Court ruled that Indian films and television serials were included in 'Negative List' under the current bilateral trade regime. Reacting over this Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari on Thursday said that films and serials are ideas and the power of idea cannot be stopped.
