New Delhi, Aug 20 (ANI): Home Minister, Rajnath Singh, on Wednesday emphasised on the strengthening of civil defence organisation in an effort to avert any natural disaster in future. Singh was speaking at the launch of 'Plan Scheme of Mainstreaming Civil defence in Disaster Risk Reduction'. During the conference, Singh said efforts should be made to make civil defence organisation more efficient. Meanwhile, Singh also assured to fix the problem of scarcity of essential resources.
