Video release shows fatal police shooting of unarmed Terence Crutcher

Footage released by the Tulsa Police Department shows the moment Terence Crutcher, a 40 -year-old unarmed black male, was shot by Officer Betty Shelby. Terence Crutcher, the man in the white T-shirt, was ordered to move to his stalled car before he was tasered and then shot.
