New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the General Budget for 2015-16 in the Lok Sabha on Saturday. Jaitley announced the Universal Social Security scheme for all. Under this scheme, Jaitley announced insurance coverage for accidents, health and life. Jaitley added that 'Atal Pension Yojana' scheme would be launched to provide a defined pension to the people. The government also proposed to launch PM Suraksha Bima Yojana which will increase the access to insurance. This scheme would be linked to Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana. Feb 28, 2015

New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who is presenting the Union Budget for fiscal 2015-16 in the Lok Sabha, proposed to create a national agriculture market to increase farmers' income. Jaitley said that an ambitious soil health card has been introduced to improve soil fertility. He also proposed to allocate Rs. 25,000 crore in 2015 to rural development fund. New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Anti-graft crusader, Anna Hazare said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was allergic to him and added that the country would never progress under Modi's rule or that of Congress party vice-president Rahul Gandhi. When asked whether Hazare would meet Modi to express his concerns over the bill, the anti corruption activist said the prime minister was allergic to him. However, on Friday Modi said that the government was ready to make changes to the executive decree, while addressing lawmakers in the Lok Sabha. Meanwhile, Hazare suggested on taking agricultural lands on lease. Hazare said he would launch a three-month movement from Maharashtra to New Delhi and voice his concern over the land acquisition bill.
