He said that the bill was introduced in the house without any ‘yes or no’ and was arbitrary of the centre. The Lok Sabha commenced for all of two minutes during which time Kumar read out a list of Seemandhra MPs who were suspended. Kumar expressed her anguish over the unprecedented clashes in Lok Sabha and termed the incident as a blot on the country's Parliamentary democracy.
