Supertech Case: SC orders builders to refund buyers_ money

New Delhi, July 30 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday gave a ruling that Supertech Builders should fulfill their commitment to the buyers and refund their invested money. The Court also asked Supertech to allot another flat to allottees who did not want to get a refund. The Allahabad High Court in April ordered the demolition of two 40-storey towers of real estate firm Supertech for illegal construction. Congress demands probe into bugging issue at Nitin Gadkari's residence

New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): Congress leader Shaktisinh Gohil demanded an immediate probe be conducted into the bugging issue at Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari's residence. Gadkari had denied reports of snooping devices found in at his residence, which raked up a controversy between the two parties. The report claimed that high power listening devices were accidentally found in Gadkari's bedroom. Addressing a news conference, Gohil said it was the right of a person to lead a private life and it was illegal for anyone to snoop or perform detective actions on a person without permission. Bhopal, July 24 (ANI): Police seized illegal pistols from smugglers in Bhopal and detained four persons in the case.Police personnel were conducting a regular check at a post when they caught a person with pistols. Police recovered nine local pistols and three other pistols from the arrested men. They also found out the smugglers supplied the weapons in Uttar Pradesh as well.People who had ordered the illegal arms have also been arrested. Search is underway for the others involved.
