New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): Inaugurating the annual conference of State Minorities Commissions on Monday Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, said that Muslims in certain parts of the country do not enjoy a fair share of development as compared to other communities that have done reasonably well. Focussing on the needs of the minority communities, the Prime Minister said that it is the responsibility of the state to take care of them.
