Politicos and Social Activist react over Sadhvi Prachi's remark, demand action by PM

New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): Politicos and social activist on Monday condemned BJP's Sadhvi Prachi for her statement wherein she said that all Hindu women should produce at least four kids and also asked for a law in favour of 'ghar wapsi' programme. Congress leader Manish Tewari questioned if this is what PM's 'Make in India' actually signifies. Congress' PL Punia said that the prime minister should take action in the matter. AAP leader Ashutosh said that this is the real agenda of BJP and that development agenda was just a cover up. CPI (M) leader Brinda Karat said that women of India will give proper reply to these leaders. Meanwhile, Social Activist Jagmati Sangwan said that the statement is very shameful and that PM Narendra Modi should speak on the issue. Jan 12, 2015

New Delhi, Jan 07 (ANI): Political leaders on Wednesday react as BJP Rajya Sabha member from UP, Vinay Katiyar said that 'ghar wapsi' won't succeed if Hindus don't change their mindset. BJP Spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao said that BJP is not involved in such programmes and distanced the party from the same. He also said that the central government had proposed a law against the same which still remains pending.
